There are two methods of installing Precision Balance inside the tire. Precision Balance comes in an outside white plastic package:Tear open and find inside a thin mil plastic bag of Precision Balance. Simply toss the inner bag into the tire; mount and inflate. Upon driving a short distance, the Precision Balance inner bag will open releasing the product inside the tire.
